Do I need to buy the ingredients?

Your Batchero private cook does the shopping at an organic store near you, BioCoop, La Vie Claire, ... and/or Monoprix if some ingredients are only available there.

Who cleans the kitchen then?

We take care of everything, right to the end. Your Batchero private cook will clean your kitchen, leaving it as it was before... except this time, your refrigerator will be filled with delicious meals.

How long does the food last?

All our menus mention the recommended shelf life of each meal. In most cases, the dishes can be consumed within 3-4 days.

Some dishes with a short shelf life of 1-2 days should preferably be consumed on the day of preparation or the next day.

Also, we indicate on your menu the dishes that can be frozen for longer-term storage.

The shelf life is taken into account in the construction of your menus to ensure that you have 5 consumable dishes for 5 consecutive days.

How to reheat the plates?

Our menus mention a preferred method for reheating your dishes. Generally, it's either in the oven or in a pan or pot over low heat.

We recommend reheating only the portion you are going to eat and not the entire dish to avoid reheating the same dish multiple times.

For frozen dishes, do not refreeze your dish once it has already been thawed.
